La dernière avant le départ vers 2006…

Pour cette dernière nous allons parler d’un moment de conception du concert qui fait fort penser au rois de la pop…Mais aussi une anecdote très secrète…c’est le cas de le dire ! En effet lors de la première séance d’essayage des costumes à Paris, Mylène patientera trente minute enfermée dans sa voiture avant de rejoindre l’atelier de Dominique Borg, le temps de vérifier que les volets de toutes les fenêtres sont parfaitement clos a fin d’éviter que les paparazzis trop curieux puissent prendre des photos.

Jean pierre Benoit (celui qui a conceptionner l’arrivée de Mylène) a nécessité une nouvelle fois un recours aux artifices de l’univers de la magie. Il témoigne- « On est en fait venu vers moi au départ pour que je crée entièrement des chaussures spéciales avec les qu’elles les danseurs pouvaient se pencher en avant et en arrière sans tomber.

Quelqu’un avait commencé à travailler sur le projet et n’y arrivait pas, mais cette personne avait donné mon nom. Je ne sais pas d’où est venue l’idée exactement mais je pense que c’était un clin d’œil à Michael Jackson. Je suis allé acheter des grosses chaussures chantier et on a entièrement retravaillé la semelle et le talon avec du cuir et de l’aluminium, et dans la semelle, on a fait comme une boutonnière, dans laquelle devait se mettre un champignon en acier fixé au sol.

Les danseurs se mettaient chacun à un endroit précis de la scène, sur des sortes
de plaques très discrètes, ils coinçaient leurs talons à boutonnière dans ces champignons et ils pouvaient bouger en avant et en arrière sans tomber. Comme j’arrivais en secours sur cette tournée, il a fallu que je fasse ces chaussures en quatre jours pour répéter dans la foulée ! ».

The dancers would each stand on a specific spot on the stage, on some sort of very discreet plates, they would wedge their buttonhole heels into these mushrooms and they could move back and forth without falling. As I was arriving in relief on this tour, I had to make these shoes in four days to rehearse at once!
