MYLENE FARMER AND ANDRÉ RAU

ANDRE RAU did a few photo session with Mylene Farmer through the years

First photo session in 1994 to promote the release of the film Giorgino at the cinema on October 05, 1994.

Photo session was done for the promotion of the release of the film Giorgino at the cinema for the magazine “Télé 7 Jours”.
First known publication in the magazine “Télé 7 Jours” on October 3, 1994.

Photos published in the magazine “Télé 7 Jours”. Photo session in 1995 again in the studio. These photos will be used for the promotion of the Anamorphosée album and some will also be published in the 1996 Tour program .

Polydor re-used the photo from this shoot again in the recent best of “Plus Grandir” which reached # 1 position in the sales chart the week it got released – August 2021

Photo session in 1996 at Disneyland Paris again intended for the press and some will also be published in the 1996 Tour program .

It has also been used for the single Comme J’ai mal came out in the summer of 1996

Photo session in 1999 in New York. Photos for the promotion of the album Innamoramento
released on April 7, 1999 and published in the press.

Photo session in 2007 These photos had been put online by mistake on the Eyevine agency website. Fans will have time to discover and share them. It seems in fact that Mylène did not select any photo from this shoot. They were very quickly removed from the agency’s website but have been circulating the net ever since. I have no doubts you have seen them. But this is how the mysterious case of disappearing photos can be explained. Mylene.net used to have all the photos by Andre Rau but no longer – you snooze you lose as we know 🙂

In fact, after the incident, all the photos of Mylene Farmer by Andre Rau were taken out.

Now I believe is a good time to talk a little bit about a man (an very talented one i must add) behind the camera – ANDRÉ RAU
